PAYMENT DETAILS

• We accept POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC bank transfers
• We also accept Paypal however there will be a nominal fee that will be further advised
• We do not accept concealed cash
• If you do not have a bank account, we recommend cash deposit. It's safer & you save more!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Items not paid for within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter
• Please do not simultaneously place confirmation for an item if you are merely clarifying a doubt
• Buyers who make payment promptly/via internet banking are whitelisted
• Conversely, those who back out/void the deal are blacklisted
• Prices are exclusive of postage fees
• Reservations are entertained, but a deposit must be placed beforehand, and items will only be held for up to 3 days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• If item is not paid for within the agreed time, the deposit will be forfeited and the item will be put up for sale again thereafter.
• We do not do meetups
• Prices of items are not negotiable unless otherwise stated, and postage will not be waived under any circumstances
• Refunds/exchanges are available strictly on a case-by-case basis

POSTAGE DETAILS

• Please add an additional $1 - $2 (where applicable) for normal postage fees
• Please add an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage fees when requesting for Reg. Post
• Tracking numbers will only be provided upon request
• SingPost normally takes 2-4 working days to post out items (excludeing weekends/public holidays)
• However, as post is sorted out manually, it is not unusual for items to take up to 7 days to reach
• We are not responsible for any items lost in transaction, however we will call SingPost to enquire for you
